岗位职责：
• Responsible for logistics carrier/RM supplier transport truck entry pre-registration and check-in.
负责承运商/原料供货商进场预约及入场登记工作
• Follow standard procedure to perform inspection for truck and driver to fulfill corporate TDS and relevant code. requirements
按照标准程序对提送货车辆及司机进行相关查验，确保司机及车辆符合TDS相关法律法规要求
• Coordinate with BU production plants and supply chain department for gate check non-compliance handling.
协调生产装置及供应链部门对门检不符合状况进行处理
• Responsible for bulk transport truck weighing and goods receiving in system.
负责散货运输车辆过磅及系统收发货操作
• Command the yard management system to support operational data collection and processing for ETM operation.
熟悉场地管理系统操作,支持外部车辆管理运营数据的采集和整理
• Dispose and report any abnormal condition or incident on shift.
在过程中遇到问题的情况下进行故障排除及异常处置，有异常情况及时汇报
• Identify problem and develop improvement initiatives to support operational performance improvement in terms of cost, service level and efficiency.
发现问题和解决问题，支持在成本，服务和效率方面的运营优化改进
• Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关要求
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

任职要求：
 College or above in the field of mechanical, vehicle, automation, logistics and chemical engineering
专科及以上学历，机械、车辆、自动化、物流或化工专业。
 Minimum 2 years work experience related to gate check in chemical manufacturing company, or vehicle manufacturing and maintenance.
至少两年化工制造企业卡车门检，或卡车生产制造及维修工作经验
 Excellent fresh graduate who is willing to work in logistics first-line operations is also considered.

 Problem solving: The employee requires basic problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.

 Products and transportation safety: Knowledge about the chemical products in scope as pre-requisite for safe handling. Based on that profound knowledge with regards to the EHS/TDS regulations in the field of work. (dangerous goods, labelling, shipping documents, segregation of goods, behavior in case of process safety incidents, load securing, etc.)

 Gate-to-gate process: Basic understanding of the gate-to-gate processes to assess the impact of the own activities on neighboring interfaces.

 Technologies in the field of work: Possess basic learning ability, good learning willingness, and strong execution ability. For the execution of semi-automated and/or manual tasks in combination with the concurrence of different automatization technologies.

 Digital yard management: The employee needs to be able to apply digital visualization technologies and needs to be aware of the benefit of corresponding measures.
