职位描述

岗位描述：
The Desk Expediter perform the follow-up of the supply and monitor the status of the assigned Purchase Orders for bulk materials (piping, cables, steel structures, etc..), to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule and quality.
催交协调专员(材料)负责跟进所分配采购订单的材料方面(管道、电缆、钢结构等)的供货和监督订单情况，以确保在进度和质量方面达到规定的结果。

岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the monitoring of post order activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) concerning the assigned Purchase Orders, in close coordination with the Expediting Coordinator and Project Post Order/Procurement Manager, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time and quality.
2. Responsible to timely obtain information from Vendors (Engineering documents, suborders, reports, etc) with the quality requested in the Purchase Orders.
3. Responsible to obtain proper information from Vendors by Software Systems when requested.
4. Responsible for the full internal reporting regarding the assigned Purchase Orders.
5. Responsible for the interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site.

任职资格：
1. Technical education
2. Work experience: at least 5 years in the same/similar activities.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
5. Availability to travel in China
