岗位职责：
Main Tasks
• 遵守国家及BASF/部门安全健康环保规定
Ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines from Nation/ BASF/BIG and department are being adhered
• 根据公司及部门安排接受各类培训，具备提供实验室分析服务的能力。Receive all kinds of training according to the company's and department’s arrangement and have the ability to provide Lab analytical services.
• 根据实验室检验计划安全、准确、按时完成常规及非常规分析任务。
Perform routine and non-routine analytical tasks safely, accurately and on time according to laboratory testing plans.
• 做好设备的日常维护、保养工作。Do daily maintenance of equipment.
• 认真检查确认并出具真实可靠的分析数据。Carefully check and confirm and issue true and reliable analysis data.
• 按时根据要求留样Sample retention according to the procedure
• 做好每日的实验室清洁工作并处理废弃物保持良好的实验室环境。
Carry out good daily housekeeping and proper waste disposal in the lab. Maintain a good laboratory environment.
• 保证以安全的方式开展实验室工作并汇报安全事件以维护工作环境的安全
Ensure that all activities performed are done in a safe manner and report all safety incidents to help maintain a safe workplace.
• 如果出现质量问题应及时汇报主管及生产装置
To highlight any quality issues if found to the lab supervisor and plant colleagues.
如果出现任何仪器异常应及时汇报主管。
To highlight any equipment abnormality if found to the lab supervisor.
• 做好生产提供的特殊样品管理。Work for special sample management required by production.
• 接受倒班工作安排。Accept shift work arrangements.
• 管理实验室的易耗品和化学品库存，在库存不足时报告主管及时补充。Manage the stock of the lab consumable and chemicals and report to supervisor for purchasing in case the stock is running low (for shift leader)
• 参与实验室新设备的安装调试以及方法的建立、校准和验证。Participate in the installation and commissioning of new laboratory equipment and the establishment, calibration, and verification of methods. (For shift leader)
• 参与分析方法和管理制度的编写。Participate in the preparation of analytical methods and management systems. (For shift leader)
• 完成主管交与的其它任务.
Follow the supervisor assigned tasks.

任职要求：
 具有化学化工相关专业大专或以上学历。Education: College degree or above in chemistry or related field.
 工作经验：至少3年在化学行业分析实验室工作经验Working Experience: min. 3 years of working experience in an analytical lab in the chemical industry.
 具备典型塑料实验室设备使用经验者优先。Experience with typical plastic laboratory equipment is preferred.
 良好的英语阅读能力，良好的普通话沟通能力，良好的计算机操作能力者优先Good command on reading English, good communication skills in mandarin, good computer skills are preferred.
