BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks

- Rationally allocate maintenance people according to priority principle of maintenance work orders to eliminate electrical & instrument failures.
根据维修工单的优先原则，合理配置维修人员，消除电仪故障。
- Develop and maintain working plans for recurring tasks.
制定并维护重复性任务的工作计划
- Participate daily morning meeting to know the production requirements for new created notifications.
参加每日的晨会以便知晓因生产需要而新生成的通知单。
- Review work orders for technical completeness, evaluate need of time、 material、 staff、 equipment and other faculties.
审核工单的技术完整性，评估工单对时间、材料、人员、设备和其它设施的需求。
- Check with discipline engineers if spare parts setup is reasonable and whether the critical spare parts in the warehouse are available.
同专业工程师一起审查备件设置是否合理以及仓库中的关键备件是否可用。
- Coordinate with plant staff to determine maintenance window of equipment to be repaired, identify the permit requirements.
同装置人员进行协调确定待维修设备的维护窗口期以及作业许可要求。
- To plan manpower、services and materials, design detailed work steps for maintenance preparation in work order, such as scaffolding、insulation、 special tools.
计划人力、服务和材料, 为工单的准备工作设计详细的工作步骤，如脚手架、保温、专用工具。
- Focus on backlogs，Build the daily、weekly、monthly scheduling, coordinate and lead the scheduling meetings.
关注积压工作，建立日排程、周排程、月排程，协调和主导排程会议。
- To take care for enough resources for meeting the demand from both normal and urgent maintenance requests ；Adjust of the schedule to get optimal utilization of each resource.
关注正常维修和紧急维修请求所要求的充分资源，调整排程以获得各项资源的最佳利用。
- Work with relevant departments to prepare work log in reasonable level.
与相关部门合作完成合理的工作日志
- Manage repair history records and close notifications and work orders in SAP.
管理维修历史记录并在SAP系统内关闭工单以及通知单。
- Coordinate with other discipline planners for the co-planning when interdisciplinary maintenance exists.
当跨专业的维修存在时与其它专业的计划员一起完成总体规划。
- Timely finish other work assigned by superior managers.
及时完成上级经理安排的其它工作。
任职要求Requirements

- Have college degree or above with major in electrical & instrument.
电仪专业专科及以上学历。
- Above 10 years’ experience in the chemical plant and at least 5 years working in chemical plant maintenance.
10年以上化工企业工作经历，5年及以上化工装置维修经验。
- Have experiences in routine maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Familiar with maintenance work process and electrical & instrument maintenance sequence in chemical plant.
具有常规检修和大检修经验，熟悉化工装置维修流程及电仪维修步序。
- Familiar with SAP operating system.
熟悉SAP操作系统。
- Experiences of schedule tools will be a plus, such as Sigga or Prometheus system.
具有排程工具使用经验将是一个加分项，例如Sigga 或者 Prometheus 系统。
- Can use critical path methodology in job plans.
在作业计划中能使用关键路径法。
- Have good communication and collaboration skills.
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
- Have good reporting、planning 、computer and other business skills.
具备良好的汇报、计划、计算机及其它业务技能。
