业务拓展和市场经理 | BD and marketing manager
主要工作职责：
1.发展并维护公司客户关系，发掘新客户及项目机会；
2.开发并维护公司的BD资源库；
3. 研究市场趋势、信息，搜集潜在客户和商业对手信息。市场相关调研、搜索；为潜在项目起草报价、服务方案，跟踪项目至合同的签署和款项结算阶段；
4.代表公司参加行业活动及行业会议。
5.能与不同级别、部门及行业的业主沟通
6.能准备高质量的建议书或报告并宣讲
任职要求：
1.在建筑行业的商务拓展和市场领域至少5年的工作经验；
2.建筑学专业或其他设计行业相关专业背景优先；
3.对国内房地产市场和建筑行业环境有深度认知；
4.面对高强度的工作环境具有积极的工作态度。性格外向，具有良好的沟通能力，并且能够同时处理多个任务；
5.出色的写作能力、沟通能力和谈判能力；
6.策划、组织和执行营销活动，拓展目标销售渠道
7.流利的英语听说读写能力
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
1.To Initiate and develop and maintain business relationships with clients. Identify new clients and potential project opportunities.
2.Develop and maintain BD database;
3. Research and study market trend, information of potential clients and business competitors;Prepare fee/service proposals for potential projects, carry on further negotiation till contract signed and payment received;
4.Representing the office at events and conferences.
5. Ability to talk to clients from different levels, departments and industries.
6. Prepare and present high quality proposals and reports.
Job requirements：
1. At least 5 years’ experience in major international architecture companies in BD and Marketing, design office is highly preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or higher in architecture, marketing or a relevant field preferred;
3.In-depth knowledge of China’s domestic real estate and architectural environment;
4.Strong willingness, self-disciplined and strongly motivated. A positive attitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines, out-going, strong communicator and able to take priorities and handle multi-tasks when he/she is required to do so;
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills;
6. Propose, organize and execute marketing activities to expand target sales channels
7. Fluent English in speaking and writing
