职位描述
1、35-50岁，本科及以上学历，5年以上诊所/医院高层管理者经验；
Aged between 35 to 50, Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years of clinic/hospital senior management experience;
2、具备现代民营医院或相关机构的全面管理能力，在诊所经营、市场营销、人力资源管理、制度体系搭建等方面具有实战经验；
Ability to manage a modern private hospital or relevant organizations; practical experience in clinic operations, marketing, human resources management, establishment of policies and procedures
3、了解医疗行业，具有国际化医疗机构工作经验；
Knowledgeable about healthcare industry, work experience in international healthcare organizations;
4、熟悉医疗市场，掌握国家和地方相关法律法规;
Familiar with healthcare market, as well as national and local laws and regulations.
5、良好的英语能力。
Good knowledge of English.
