Key Responsibilities
1. Leading a QA/QC team for protein drug development.
2. Hands-on analytical instruments and methods such as DSC for liquid, DLS, SEC, IEX, SDS-PAGE, IEF, CE, and be able to interpret analytical data.
3. Supervising junior level scientists and evaluating their performance.

Qualifications
1. PhD degree, preferably in pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics or engineering discipline.
2. BS/MS with 5 or more years experience in biotechnology industry.
3. Good understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements for filing and registration of protein drugs
