岗位职责：
• Monitoring of the highly automated material flow within warehouse operations.
监控仓库作业中的自动物料流。
• Execution of remaining manual tasks in multiple dispatch and storage areas (e.g. un-/loading of goods, re-conditioning of pallets, manual labelling for special requirements etc.).
在多个收发货和存储区域，执行人工作业（如卸/装货，调整托盘，人工贴标签等）。
• Carry out semi-automated tasks in combination with the concurrence of different automatization technologies.
结合不同程度的自动化技术，执行半自动化任务。
• Necessary stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Report to shift lead and maintenance team as soon.
在发生工作中断或意外事件时，及时反馈情况给班组长以及维修部门，进行必要的安全停止操作并停止相关作业。
• Usage and controlling of mobile IT-systems for the support of work and process control (e.g. visualities technology like displays, ePapers and augmented reality for digital shop floor management).
操控IT移动设备，以支持自动化作业流程管控（如用于数字化车间管理的显示器、电子单据和增强现实等可视化技术）。
• Support shift lead for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and other operators.
协助班组长进行与内、外部接口（如承运商、计划员）的沟通和互动。
• Monitoring and manage the external truck safety operation, including ensure driver to follow the standard WI.
监督并管理外部卡车的安全操作，包括外部卡车司机按照标准进行作业。
• Execution of Non-daily processes: return processing, inventory stock-taking, disposition of packaging materials, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
执行非日常工作：退货处理、库存盘点、包装材料管理、标签管理、报废流程、撤销任务。
• Active contribution to problem solving, incident handling, continuous improvement process and innovations.
积极对问题解决、事件处理、持续改善项目和创新做出贡献。
• Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关协议。
• Support training to new colleagues regarding safety, WI and 5S, ensure employees understand and follow BASF standard.
主动支持对班组内新进及在岗员工的安全、操作规程及5S进行培训，确保员工了解并遵守各项规章制度及操作规程。
• Have muti-skills to cover different positions, including warehouse operation and filling operation.
具备多技能，能胜任不同的工作岗位，包括仓库操作以及包装系统操作。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, no limit within current shift.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务，不局限于本班次内作业。

任职要求：
• Minimum 2years’ work experiences as warehouse operator in comparable warehouses. Work experience at automatic warehouse in chemical industry is preferred.
具备2年及以上的仓库操作工作经验。有化工行业自动仓库工作经验者，优先考虑。
• Forklift license required. Experience or wish of learning SAP, MES.
持有有效叉车操作证。具备SAP， MES经验，或者有学习SAP，MES的意愿。
• Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠独立：在自动化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，以及技术规范和标准的要求。
• Problem solving: The employee requires excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
问题解决：具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动。
• Communication: Effectively communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like forwarders and planners.

• Technologies in the field of work: profound technological capabilities and an understanding for the complexity of the work environment are required. Also better to have automatic background and knowledge.

• IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems.
