职位描述

主要职责:
1. Logistics Management:
- Ensure and oversee all logistics activities related to the movement of materials and equipment needed for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects as per the project timeline.
- Ability to examine packaging sizes and loading plans, considering package stack ability to improve transportation efficiency, visits to the vendor’s workshops to check the efficiency of the loads.
- Proactive involvement with all vendors, to understand and expedite their shipping requirements, meet specific needs, speed up their shipping process, and find the best transportation methods and solutions in advance.

2. Transportation Planning and Freight Forwarders Coordination:
- Develop effective transportation plans together with Freight forwarders involved, to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials to the worksite/construction site. All types of transportation included.

3. Monitoring and Control:
- Constantly monitor the status of ongoing transports, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and delivery times.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Manage transportation-related documentation, compile periodic performance reports, and identify any areas for improvement.
- Archive and control all transportation documentation.

5. Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the EPC Logistics project team in Italy to make sure that transportation activities are well aligned with project requirements and keep and improve accurate look-ahead situations on a regular basis.

要求：
- Skills in negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Capacity to work as part of a team and handle pressure, with high attention to detail.
- More than 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation at EPC contractor.
- Degree or diploma in logistics, engineering, operations management, or related field.
- Understanding of national and international transportation regulations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Excel.
