主要职责/Responsibilities
1. 根据市场需求进行产品和应用开发工作/Market driven new products/applications development；
2. 负责管理研发项目以满足市场和业务开发要求/R&D project management to meet new business development requirements；
3. 带领试验室技术人员完成研发项目相关实验任务，如合成、分离和分析测试等/Lead lab technicians to perform experimental tasks, e.g., synthesis, purification and analysis, etc；
4. 实验过程中做好实验记录并定期撰写实验报告/Keep experimental records and draft experimental reports as required；
5. 维护实验室安全和卫生/Lab safety and hygiene maintenance；
6. 根据需要对相关产品生产支持/Support product manufacturing upon requests；
7. 配合市场和销售人员，对相关产品提供产品支持和服务/Support marketing/sale people via providing product support and technical services。
经历技能要求/Experience & Competency
1. 有机化学或高分子等相关专业本科及以上学历，最好有1-2年实验室工作经历/Candidates should hold a college degree or above, majoring in organic synthesis or polymer science & engineering, those who has 1-2 years of lab experience would be preferred but this is not a must；
2. 熟悉有机合成/聚合物合成，能从事相关工作/Desirable candidates should be familiar with organic/polymer synthesis and be capable of carrying out relevant tasks；
3. 能在压力下工作/Can work under pressure；
4. 诚实守纪律/Integrity and disciplined；
5. 沟通能力强/Excellent communications skills。
其他要求/Other requirements
1. 计算机-文字处理能力/Computer skills-Experience in MS Office；
2. 英文-科技文献阅读能力/English-Literature reading capabilities；
