Main Responsibilities
1. Implement the regulations and requirements related with Safety, Occupational health and Environmental Protection of Local government, and JV; setup and maintain JV SHE management principles, system, procedures（including emergency response plan）to achieve company safety Zero/Zero goals;
执行政府、上级公司及本公司SHE规程，建立并维护本公司的SHE管理系统和程序（包括应急预案），实现公司零事故/零伤害的安全目标；
2. Identify, assess, follow-up control site security issues &risks to reduce the risk to company’s assets, staff safety & health and site surroundings;
识别、评估、跟踪管理安保及SHE方面的问题及风险，以降低对公司资产、人身安全健康以及我们的行为对环境的影响；
3. Provides comprehensive safety, health and environment related training for all levels staff of JV and subcontractors according to related SHE legislation, codes of practice and corporate standards; Promote Zero safety performance by zero tolerance for at-risk-behaviors to help drive improvements in the site’s SHE performance;
根据法规、规程和公司标准对公司各部门员工、外部承包商进行安环培训，防微杜渐，以协助各部门提升安全绩效；
4. Conduct SHE internal/external safety assessment; manage and maintenance statutory licenses/permits of safety& environment protection;
负责公司内外部安全评审、取证等工作，以确保符合法规和公司标准；
5. Manage and supervise use of safety facilities, equipment and PPE.
负责安全设备的定期检查维护, 安全设备及个人劳保用品的计划、定购及库存管理。
Qualification Requirements and skills
1. University graduate major in safety, chemistry, or machinery field;
安全、化工、或机械相关专业本科学历；
2. Minimum 3 years working experience with safety management in petrochemical or industrial gas industry;
至少三年石化或空分行业安全管理经验；
3. Familiar with Security &SHE management system and daily operation; Knowledge of any relevant legislation/developments in the area of Safety Health and Environment;
熟悉安保及SHE理念及日常运作，具备SHE相关的法规及其发展方面的知识；
4. Good command of English, Mandarin and computer;
具备良好的中英文表达及书写能力，熟练使用office办公软件；
5. Must have Safety Engineer Certification.
具备注册安全工程师资质
