岗位职责：
1.具体负责公司业务（中国区）的业务联络、业务洽谈、合同谈判等事务；
1.Being responsible for business contract, contract negotiation, contract management,
contract payment, etc;
2.建筑管理专业/其他相关专业（建筑、景观、规划、结构工程等）本科或本科以上学位；
2.Bachelor degree in architectural management/other related studies(architecture,
landscape, planning, structural engineering etc) or above
3.具备5年以上建筑设计行业工作经历, 2年以上市场工作经验（大型设计院/知名设计事务所类似经验优先），可独立进行上述工作；
3. More than 5years working experiences in the architectural field and more than 5 years of marketing experiences (working experiences in famous in famous design institute
/ famous foreign design office are preferred),be able to finish the above work
independently.
4.商务法语或英语流利（需要口语即时翻译及书面文件撰写）；
4.Excellent professional French/English is preferred (instant oral translation and written
report are required)
5.欢迎留学归国人员及外籍人士；熟练使用专业常用软件；
5.Working experiences in foreign countries are preferred and foreigners are also
welcome; sufficient at professional software;
6.工作地点：北京或上海，可根据工作需要出短差，主要在国内。
6.Working Location: Beijing or Shanghai. Short business trip in China.
