1. 与澳大利亚E&I工程师紧密合作，负责中国ISC项目的自动化控制实施工作；
2. 参与项目实施阶段项目现场自动化控制规范的设计和实施；
3. 负责组织自动化控制系统技术管理规程、技术措施、制度的修订和完善；
4. 编写自动化控制项目方案书和操作说明书，负责DCS/PLC编程和组态软件编写；
5. 了解工艺流程，根据工艺要求对现有仪表控制逻辑进行修改和新增，并编程以实现工艺意图；
6. 负责组织对本专业设备和备品备件的验货，组织和参与本专业的重大技术问题讨论和分析，并给出建议；
7. 负责自动化控制系统的检查、测试和调试，解决所有专业范围内的现场问题；
8. 负责自动化控制系统的正常运行，进行日常的硬件、软件维护，进行程序定期备份或者修改，制定改造和升级计划、检修方案等；负责对本专业范围内的备品备件提出采购需求；
9. 做好准确及时的的工作记录，对工作范围内的技术资料进行收集、整理、归档；
10.公司领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 具备自动化控制、计算机、电气、仪表等相关专业本科或以上学历；
2.煤化工、石化或油气行业两年以上工作经验；
3. 具备2年及以上自动化设计开发、项目实施、运营支持经验；
4. 具备以下经验:
• 过程控制仪表
• PLC / SCADA / DCS / SIS/ESD
• 能够阅读、修改和绘制带有操作、控制原理过程的逻辑图和仪表回路图
• 项目管理/协调经验
• 采购和施工管理
5.具备良好的数据管理和计算机能力；
6.具备良好的沟通能力，工作认真踏实，有团队合作精神，遵守公司规章制度，服从领导的工作安排；
7. 具备较强的计划、组织、沟通、协调能力，良好的解决突发事件的能力。
Job Description:
• Work closely with an Australian Principal E&I Engineer to deliver an ISC project in China
• Be involved in the later stages of design and implement the provided Electrical and Instrumentation specifications at the project site
• Perform project management and execution duties for the engineering discipline
• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the project
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning, and any other meetings as required
• Maintain proper site records
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation design, project implementation and operations support
• Have the following experience:
• Process instrumentation
• PLC / SCADA / DCS / SIS
• Coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry or oil and gas industry
• Have experience in the design, implementation and operations of the above systems and industries
• Can read, modify and draw process and instrumentation diagrams with operating and control philosophies
• Project management / coordination experience
• Procurement and construction management
• Strong communication, organization, analytical skills and professional ethics
• Highly active team members, able to accept new ideas and new responsibilities
• Willing to adhere the company project delivery scheduling for being based on-site at the project location, with reasonable overtime
• Good data management and computer literacy
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in electric or electronic engineering
• Strong English reading and writing skills, can independently translate professional technical English information
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering position with system & equipment installation, instrumentation and control systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
