职位描述:

1.与澳大利亚首席设备工程师紧密合作，负责中国ISC项目动静设备的设计选型、后期维修、维护等设备管理工作；

2.负责与国内设计院和设备供应商进行技术对接和管理，协助澳大利亚首席设备工程师进行管线、压力容器和设备的机械设计、选材和防腐设计等工作，确保设备设计方案符合项目规划要求；

3.根据需要，协同商务和技术部门制订设备采购计划，组织设备的选型和申购；

4.参与项目现场专业范围内的相关具体工作，负责项目现场动静设备的安装、调试、验收工作；对专业范围内的施工进行过程管控，保证设备按照要求具备投用条件；

5.生产运行阶段作为现场所有设备管理的负责人，建立健全设备管理制度并组织实施；

6.按照上级的要求进行团队建设，打造一支有责任、业务素质高的设备管理和维护团队；

7.领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 具备机械工程等相关专业本科或以上学历；较强的英语读写能力，能独立翻译专业技术英语文件；

2.煤化工、石化或油气行业2年以上工作经验；

3. 具备3年以上机械工程设计、项目实施和运营支持的工作经验；

4. 具备有以下经验:

• 高压、高温设备设计

• 能够阅读、绘制和修改机械类图纸；

• 熟悉油气行业的规范和工程标准

• 项目管理/协调经验，采购和施工管理经验

5.具备良好的数据管理和计算机能力；

6.具备良好的沟通能力，工作认真踏实，有团队合作精神，遵守公司规章制度，服从领导的工作安排；

7. 具备较强的计划、组织、沟通、协调能力，良好的解决突发事件的能力；

8. 熟练使用Microsoft Word，Excel，PowerPoint，project，CAD。

Job Description:
• Work closely with an Australian Principal Mechanical Engineer to deliver an ISC project in China
• Be involved in the later stages of design and implement the provided Mechanical Engineering specifications at the project site
• Perform project management and execution duties for the engineering discipline
• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the project
• Ensure all work are carried out in accordance to the relevant standards
• Approve drawings and specifications in accordance to above standards
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning, and any other meetings as required
• Maintain proper site records and ensure required regulatory information is supplied by the engineering and construction contractors
• Ensure all regulatory equipment is designed and supplied to the correct code

Skills & Experience:
• Experience in mechanical engineering design, project implementation and operations support engineering
• Have the following experience:
• Oil & gas or petrochemical industry
• Coal Chemical engineering industry
• Coal gasification or natural gas reforming industry
• High pressure and high temperature equipment design
• Can apply the various design standards and systems
• Can read, modify and draw process and instrumentation diagrams, generate mechanical isometric drawing and CAD drawings for detailed component designs
• Good knowledge of the codes and engineering standards for the oil & gas industry
• Problem solver with an Innovative mindset
• Project management / coordination experience
• Procurement and construction management
• Strong communication, organization, analytical skills and professional ethics
• Highly active team members, able to accept new ideas and new responsibilities.
• Willing to adhere the company project delivery scheduling for being based on-site at the project location, with reasonable overtime
• Good data management and computer literacy
• Knowledge on hydrogen and sour gas corrosion will be highly beneficial

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
• Strong English reading and writing skills, can independently translate professional technical English information
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering position within either of the industries listed under Skills and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, CAD
