1.Responsible for the piping inspection and quality management of the onshore construction and the offshore installation.

3.Responsible for reporting quality problems and following up the correction action.

4.Responsible for the inspection, witness and test to the quality control points at site

5.Assist quality assurance engineer to perform audit to subcontractor and to make sure their quality management system established and effective to the project
协助质量保证工程师对分包商进行审核以确保其质量体系建立并在项目中有效运行。
6.Responsible for reviewing construction department’s self-inspection organization and self-inspector qualification, ensure construction department build effective self-inspection system.
负责审核施工单位自检组织机构及自检员资质，确保施工单位建立完整有效的自检体系.
7.Perform daily surveillance to construction site.
对施工现场进行日常巡检
8.Assist QA/QC management complete weekly and monthly quality report.
协助质量经理完成项目质量周报和月报
9.Complete the temporary work arranged by leader

任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree
2.Major& Professional Qualifications
Major in Survey or other engineering discipline
3.Related knowledge
(a)Demonstrated mastery of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering and design documents, engineering standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures in one or more inspection disciplines.
(b)Training, direct work experience and demonstrated thorough working knowledge of measurement instrument, application methods, quality activities and recognized engineering codes and standards required for the WORK, such as ASTM, ISO, API.
4.Experience
(a) Internationally recognized university, four (4) or five (5) year Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline, with seven (7) or more years of direct work experience in inspection of capital projects quality, ISO 9001 QMS requirements, activities and resources for construction & pre-commissioning of materials and equipment.
(b)Three (3) or more years of direct work experience in QC supervision of capital project construction & Pre-Commissioning quality related to the engineering discipline and scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
(c)Two or more experience of jacket construction.
