1.化工专业毕业，精细化工和高分子专业优先考虑
Major in chemistry, fine chemical engineering and polymer major is preferred
2.具备英语基本沟通能力，可以跟外国人直接汇报工作
Be able to communicate in English and report to foreigner directly
3.有团队合作精神，熟悉实验室工作和仪器的使用
Having team work spirit,familiar with laboratory work and the use of instruments
4.有研发背景的化工专业人员优先考虑
